This was the first time I got teary eyed at an event. When John saw Sara coming down the aisle, he started to cry, the emotions of this moment for me (Manuel) were so strong, I cried with him. I enjoyed this exceptional couple, their hospitality, and wonderful comments about my work. The reception was held at the Abraham Lincoln Museum in Springfield, a beautiful location.
